For safety and quality of care, the following policies apply:
For safety and quality of care, the following policies apply:
- Walks are conducted one-on-one or with dogs from the same household only.
- We may accommodate up to three dogs from the same household or a combined weight of up to 100 lbs, pending a successful meet & greet to assess temperament and handling safety.
- Approval for multi-dog walks is at our discretion, and in some cases separate walks may be required to ensure the safety of the dogs and the handler.
- Giant breed dogs are welcome, but are limited to one dog per walk. If multiple giant breeds require service, separate walk reservations will be needed.

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both your pet and the walker:

- Dogs must have a secure, properly fitted collar or harness.
- If appropriate walking equipment is not available, we may be unable to complete the walk for safety reasons.
- In cases where service cannot be completed due to safety concerns such as improper equipment, the scheduled service fee will still apply.
